Individual sessions are often regenerative and joyous in nature, working with props, adjustments, and the body, imagination, & breathe.

By virtue of using the Lo-Shu and Katonah Magic Square as a map of the body and personal orientation, we have the opportunity to see what’s available in the moment and where the potential exists; thereby organizing individualized yoga for potentiating personal well-being.

Embodied & uplifting breathing exercises that integrate Taoist circuit wraps, Kundalini and the Katonah Magic Square for embodiment & orientation.
